rabbit just had babies and is not eating????

my rabbit just had babies late sunday evening and now she is not eating i seen her feed the babies monday morning but i don't know if she fed them last night or not but checked the babies this morning and they all seem healthy. ive been trying to give her her favorite foods like a slice of apple, alfalfa, timothy hay but she wont touch it.I gave her a piece of romaine lettuce yesterday and she nibbled on it but it took her all day to finish one leaf.Please I don't know what to do I don't want to lose her or her babies all she does is lay beside the nest box in her cage I tryed to get her to come out and get some exercise but she wouldn't come out she is drinking a little bit and i pulled up the fur on the back of her neck she doesn't seem to be dehydrated she is peeing but her poop is pretty soft.PLEASE HELP!!!!

hi misty-you are worrying to much just let her get on with it and she will be ok just feed and water as normal dont try and get her out leave them all alone as least till they get there eyes open which is 7-10 days old.
she is probaly just a little tired from giving birth -she should soon pick up.
