Question
My rabbit coco is not acting like she was when we first got her. When we first got her she would be more attached to me more than anyone else. This only lasted a few weeks. I've had her for a month now. After those few weeks of loving me she started getting attached to my mom and biting and attacking me. But let everyone else pet her. I was wondering if that's a sickness of somekind. And no she does not have a mate. She 4 months old and I need you help. And if you do not have a answer I'm afraid i will have to take her back.

Answer
Dear Anna,

Is she spayed?  Spaying will very likely solve this problem.  Please do not return her to the store.  She will be snake food, and your mom will lose a beloved companion.

Please read:

and find a good rabbit vet to help you here:

Aggressive behavior can be changed, but the first step is the spay.  Please let me know when that's done, and she's had a couple of weeks to calm down.  If she's still aggressive, we move to Phase II.
