2 ltters in one cage

Mothe and daughter each had a litter within 2 days in 2 seperate nests.  When the kits are old enough to explore out of their nests will the does attack the other's kits?

Hi Tom. Much of what happens from here on out depends on the personality of the mothers. Some does will not only tolerate another does babies, but will feed and groom them. Other does will attack and even kill the other babies. I suggest that you separate the two to be on the safe side. I think your were very lucky to have gotten this far without problems from this. I wouldn't press it. :o)   Pat
