our 11 year old rabbit sometimes can not walk ( sue his hind legs) He just flops around until we pick him up and help him to stand up then he can go only a few feet or maybe for a couple of hours.  He has always had free run of the house and now just stays whereever we put him

If he is that old, he could have arthritis or spinal issues, have you had him checked out to see if that might be the case?
