Scar on my Bunnys Back

I went to pet my white floppy ear bunny and I noticed a large scar on the top of his back.  I am not sure what it is.  Do you know what it might be?  It was kind of black with a little white on it?  I appreciate any suggestions that you would have for me to do

Dear Jim,

If your bunny is living outdoors, I'd worry that he was attacked by a predator, and is lucky to have just a scar.  But because I can't see this lesion to know what it might be, I would strongly urge you to get him to a good rabbit vet:

who can look at the scar and tell you if it's something that needs treatment, or if it's healing well on its own.  I would not leave this to chance.  Have a good vet have a look.
