Why is my male Rabbit bleeding by his penis

Where exactly is he bleeding?  Is he bleeding profusely or are you just seeing dried blood?  If your rabbit is oozing blood or bleeding heavily get him to an animal hospital immediately.  If you are seeing a dried substance beside his penis in the small indentations you are probably seeing dirty or infected scent glands. Which can be cleaned with a warm wash cloth and soap and water and you can then clean out the area with a Q-tip.

I am sorry but without seeing what you are talking about I really can't give you an answer.
