Lump on Rabbits Face

Question
I'm writing regarding my partners rabbit Peta. We've just found a hard sphere shaped lump on his left side. Its placed between the nostril and the mouth and is about 1/4 inch in size. In other words it looks as though he's got a grape in his cheek. The lump is hard, not maliable and feels quite fixed where it is. It causes Peta no pain as he doesn't flinch when its touched or pressed even firmly. We have examined his mouth, as much as is possible, and see no sign of irritation or infection. There was no noticable change in Peta's behavior in fact he seemed slightly more active this evening then usual but nothing out of the ordinary. His pellets look like it always has, dark small round hard and dry. I've not noticed any coloration in his litter box, so I would assume his urine is also okay but can not confirm it. He's been eating and drinking fine. Petas quite old about 10 years old mixed breed mostly dwarf. (I'm not totally sure what else he is mixed with). He has been to the vet within the last several months and other then the following was in good health. He has shown signs of the 'sniffles' and was given a round of antibiotics sometime ago and while it did seem to improve never totally went away. Meaning he still has some mucus come out of his nose and some similar discharge from his eyes. He does sneeze and will occasionally have sneezing fits where he will sneeze up to and around a dozen times in the worst cases.
I'm asking here as unfortunetly funds are in short supply and will of course take him to the vet if needed but wanted to try and make sure there was nothing else we could find out.
My sincerest thanks to all those who view and especially those who take the time to respond.
All help is greatly appriciate.

Kindest regards.

Answer
hi-first let me say he's a very old rabbit and at 10years he has done remarkably well.
i suspect the lump is a benign syst and as long as he's feeding and playing ok i would not worry about him.
if he becomes ill and you will know when this happens 'then i would get him checked over 'but until then just feed and water as usual and have fun with him.
