Question
Ok heres my question,I have a male rabbit about 1 year old Mini holland loop.
He seems lonley, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to cage him with another male rabbit, seeing he is not fixed.
He love to intreact with my 3 guinea pigs and dogs. But as soon as he goes back in his cage he seems despressed.
He dosen't do anything but sit there or sleep. He never plays with his toys anymore. He seems bored and lonley.
 PLEASE HELP ME
Thanks much

Answer
Donot put two unfixed rabbits together. They will most likely fight. I would highly suggest getting him neutered, especially if your goal is to get two rabbits to live together.

Are the toys new, or are they the same ones he has had for a long time? Like children, rabbits can get bored if they are not given new things to do. Try some new toys for him. Try some new activities, too. You can take him outside on a harness and leash. There he can explore in safety, since you can control where he goes. You can also look into rabbit hopping and agility. It is a fairly new sport to the USA, but a lot of rabbits and owners love it. :)
