another rabbit

Hi . i already have an 18mth old female mini lop rabbit who has already been nutered we are wishing we had got two together but as we didnt we have thought of introducing another one we have been advised to get a male would we have to wait until that one had been spayed before introducing each other which is around 4/5 mths or could we see how they get on before this we have read about doing it on nuetral ground .

hi carole it will be hard to get them to live together as rabbits are very territorial and will fight if they think some one is intruding in there space-tryit but be prepared for fireworks.#
normally only rabbits out the same nest are kept together.
