Rabbit tooth query

Hello. I have an 18 month old male rabbit who has just started a strange behaviour. Occasionally after eating he will lift his head and licking around the inside of his mouth as if he has food stuck in there. I have checked inside his mouth and all looks okay. And he is eating, drinking and acting normally. I just wondered if there was a reason for this odd behaviour? Many thanks

I would find a good rabbit vet:

and have the deep inside of his mouth checked for molar spurs, or perhaps a foreign body caught between his teeth and causing discomfort.  For more information on molar spurs, please read:
