netherland dwarf rabbit illness

rabbit looks withdrawn,his coat is stood up and when stroked his coat comes off.please can you help.thankyou.

Hi,

he could be going through a normal shed.  They shed at least four times a year (sometimes more), an alternating heavy shed with a light shed the next time.  As long as he's eating and drinking the 'withdrawn' may be normal mood difference or picking up on your elevated stress about his condition (they pick up stress from people very easily).
