QuestionHi I have two almost 4 month old female rabbits that are sisters and they have seperate cages but this morning I went out to give them there morning treats and check their water/food levels and tried to get my one doe out of her cage, that is when I turned her over and noticed just overnight that her foot was swollen twice the normal size this morning what could have caused this to happen? They never get loose and I handle them alot even though I get scratched up alot. Could a spider bite make her foot swell up? She eats and drinks, pees and everything just fine.
AnswerDear Leslie,
You need to get the bunny to a vet, no matter what. Find one with the list linked here:

It's likely an injury, but if the circulation is cut off too long, she could lose the foot. You can't treat this yourself, I fear. She really needs a vet.
