Breeding Behavior?

Question
Hi I am trying to breed some rats for snake food. I got 2 females from someone online and play with them daily, but when I introduced my male who also get time outside of his tank daily he will tackle only one of them and pin them both on their backs in a corner, but mostly the larger of the 2 females. And then I noticed earlier today he tried to mount her and when he did she would raise her butt and tail into the air and as soon as she does that he sits down on his butt and begins to lick himself down there. I dont know if this is breeding behavior or not, as well as why he seems to pester the larger female more than the smaller one.

Answer
Randy,
Here is a site that should help a lot too.

When he mounts her he is trying to mate with her.
Sounds like she is probably pregnant.
I know snakes need food too, but personally (my opinion) I would feed my snakes frozen rats... but I don't know much about snakes!  :)
This does sound like breeding behavior.

Hope this helped!
