my dagu has shed her tail

hi my dagu has shed her tail and there is blood in her cage what can i do ? thank you

She has either been hurt (usually by a wheel with the bars rather than the metal mesh) or someone tried to catch her by it.  The best thing you can do is make sure she has a clean cage and healthy food to heal on her own.  If she starts getting lethargic or you see signs of infection, get her to a vet who has experience with degus.
