MY GUINEA PIG HAS KNOCKED HIS TEETH OUT.WILL THEY GROW BACK? AND IF THEY DON'T WILL HE BE ABLE TO EAT WITH ONLY HIS BOTTOM TEETH

Well, if he has knocked them out, roots and all, they will most likely not grow back.  However, if he has just broken them off, they will most certainly grow back.  To determine your next step, I would take the animal to a vet and have him examine the teeth to see if there is still enough to grow back.
