my guinea pig i dont now if its boy or girl btu. He or She keeps byting the cage bars for some reason it get good food and water and exsersise please help me

It is most likely a male, I am guessing, males tend to chew on the bars more because they want a mate, but make sure you check by looking at the pictures. Guinea Pigs also chew on the bars to get attention, and they also are usually asking for treats, like a piece of lettuce (romaine or leaf), apple or carrot.
