Guniea Pig Sick

This is pretty unbelievable but my guinea pig Rodney is nearly 11 years old now!Recently i think he is sick.He is breathing funny its sounds like a cold ...almost as if he cant breath through his nose and he is sneezing alot.he will not squeak at the top of his lungs anymore when i bring food..he will eat but wont finish.also this may seem odd but his testes seem to be not firm but almost as if they are hardening...he is having bowel movements but there is almost like piece of string after it....I'm just very concerned! Hes my old man.thnx for your help ~Kathleen

11 years old! wow!

Its inevitable that rodney will develop health problems at such an advanced age. The symptoms you describe are things associated with elderly males.

The best thing to do is to consult a vetinary expert as he can examine rodney. It sounds like his body just isnt functioning as well as it used to.
