constipation and not eating

Question
Hi my male guinea pig scamp has recently stopped eating hay,pellets,vegetables and all the things he usually loves. I have noticed that he is constipated and is not really himself. He also
has suddenly lost weight. I do not know what to do. I hope you can help.

Hi Rebecca

You really need to get scamp to a vet quickly so he can be treated. The vet needs to give you something for the constipation but also needs to make sure he is getting nutrients as a piggy not eating is not good.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this and I will try to give you some home remedies, although a vet is best.
