Is it OK to use cedar shavings if the guinea pig does not touch? I want to use cedar shelvings in litter part (bottom) of the cage. The Guinea pig stayse on the grill floor.

Cedar shavings are very bad and shouldn't be used around guinea pigs at all. It is bad for their respitory system and gets in their eyes and nose. If you are going to use a sort of wood shavings use pine, it is much easier on their systems. Also you shouldn't be using a grill floor, it is really hard on their feet, try putting a plastic bottom on it or lay down some linoleum. Thanks for asking and please feel free to ask anything else.
