what can i use

hey im a 12 year old girl and i got a sow guinea-pig about 11 months ago...And about 4 months ago I got a male...But after two nights of him in the huge cage with the sow she fell pregnant...So i was woundering wat is the best thing to use for the bottom of the huge cage now that the male is in his new cage...Im scared ill put something in the cage that will harm the babies........

Hello Abigail!
Make sure you are giving your sow plenty of fresh Vitamin rich C fresh vegetables! And good pellets and alfalfa hay!
If you put your male in 4 months ago, and he bred her then, she should already have had her baby!
Anyways, You can use pine shavings,fleece, and CareFresh bedding!
Also make sure that you take the male out if she pregnant, cause he will breed her back and you dont want that because that will be too hard on her, also you shoudlnt breed anymore because breeding is used to make the breed better and breeding two pet store pigs is irresponsible, but this was an accident i hope, so remember to seperate them!
