Spencers become an Interior Decorator

Question
Spencer (male GP) used to have a brother named the Admirel. The Admirel died a month and a half ago (we assumed old age- he was four?) and we didn't get another GP. So it is just Spencer now. We got him a new cage and it is slightly smaller than the one he and the other shared.
At first everything was fine. He didn't skip a beat in eating or drinking nor did he seem lonely. He's still eating and drinking normally and responds excitedly to treats. But all of a sudden hes started flipping his house over, flipping it on its side. Dragging (I have no idea how) his food bowl into his house. Its crazy. Why's he doing this? We  find it humorous mostly but do wonder why he started this all of a sudden. We've had him for a year. He was a young one when we got him...

Answer
Hi Ashley

I like the subject of your question, very funny!

It sounds like Spencer is bored. The main solutions are to either get him a friend or to give him more attention / exercise time yourself. One of my pigs did similar things recently and was solves with more regular handling.
