my kids stopped a dog from attacking a guine pig she won't move her back legs and just sleeps what should we do

Oh poor thing, it sounds like he's been through a lot. It's possible that her back legs could have been broken and it also sounds like she could have been in shock. The best thing to do is to try to get her to eat something. If you are able to get a small bag of guinea pig food smash it up and mix it with warm water or 100% juice and hand feed it to her with a feeding syringe.
If you are able to the best place to go is to the vet as soon as possible.
