My guinea pig is sneezing and has a runny nose what should I do?

Hi Bob, i just answered an identical question to this, and this is what i told them:
It sounds like your guinea pig has a respiratory infection.  If your guinea  sounds stuffy i suggest you try dabbing a little vicks vapour rub onto his nose to help clear his airways.  To get rid of the sniffles and sneezes it is usually best to get some antibiotic called baytril from your vet which should fight the infection after about a week's course.
