new male

we have just got a new male guinea to keep our existing male company he is a year old and and has not had the snip yet. we have introduced them a few times on neutral ground now and the older one just keeps chasing him around and smelling his butt whist making very loud chortle noises, he also seems aroused! , is this normal behavior .

I think your older male thinks the other one smells of females or thinks he is the boss and is not liking the other guinea. This is normal behavourior but do not let them fight. I would also call your local vet for advice.
