on the fifteenth belle will be turning two and i wanted to make her a fruit salad but my brother and grandmother said i should make her a carrot cake what do you think i should do i want to make a good birthday for my baby

Neither. Just cut up some fruit and carrots and give it to her like that. She'll enjoy it much more and it's healthier for her than making her a cake. If you want to make a carrot cake to eat yourself you can celebrate her birthday that way while she eats the goodies that are good for her.
