Guinee pig tooth problem

Hello Aleksandra,
My 2 month old guinea pig has a very weird tooth or bone sticking from the front of his lower jaw.
He can eat fine, but this disc like yellow hard thing is growing bigger and his front teeth are sticking out of it for now.
We were hoping you could explain what it might be?
and also what we should do?

Hello,
It sound like your guinea has a dental problem, are her molars ok as they may be pushing her teeth awkwardly out. I would consult your vet for advice because your guinea really needs her teeth sorted out as it sounds like she is in pain.
