My russian hamster had 4 pups 20 days ago, now she has had 5 more, do I seperate the older pups from the mum for her to look after her new pups.

    Yes, it would be best to separate the older pups so that Mom can take care of the new ones. The older pups are old enough now to take care of them selves.
