I HAVE THE PAIR AND MY FEMALE IS PREGNANT ITS ONLY BEEN ABOUT 5 DAYS. THE THING IS THAT SHE WAS VERY SWEET AND EASY TO HANDLE NOW SHE'S VERY AGRESSIVE TO ANYONE AND HER PARTNER, I WAS THINKING OF TAKING HIM OUT OF THE CAGE DO YOU THINK ITS A GOOD IDEA? I READ ON THE INTERNET NOT TO PART THEM BUT I WAS KINDA WORRIED CAUSE SHE CONSTANTLY BITES HIM AND SQUEEKS HIM OFF. BUT MOSTLY IM WORRIED ABOUT HER AGRESSION TOWARDS EVERYONE. DO YOU THINK SHE'LL TAKE CARE OF HER LITTER? I KNOW THAT THERES REALY NOTHING I CAN DO BUT I WOULD REALY APRECIATE YOUR ADVISE. THANK YOU

Answer
Hi Michelle,

my experience with campbells has led me to believe that they can be very aggressive - and i think this is worse when a Female is pregnant.

You might have to separate them if she gets any more aggressive because she could end up killing him.

The only problem with separatin them is that it will probably be very hard - if not impossible - to reintroduce them - so they will probably have to stay on their own if you do separate them.

If she is on her own then she will probably care for her litter very well if she left in a quiet place and not disturbed for at least two weeks - she should become less aggressive after this time, even to people.

Hope i have been of some help, please let me know if you need any more info.

Kind Regards,

Tammy
