A little cheek problem

I think my Syrian hamster has something stuck(or a bug bite) in his cheek pouch. It's been like that for a while now, and he is not letting go of it in the cage where he usually likes to put things. Please help me!

Your hamster may have a condition called impacted cheek pouches, which is exactly as it sounds. Something is stuck, or impacted in your hamsters pouch, and this is nothing you can handle on your own safely. A vet will be able to flush the cheek pouch of any stuck on debris, and a vet is the only one who can help with an impacted pouch.
