night sleeper

Again, my daughters teddy Charolet is acting even weirder. now she
sleeps at night. she fell asleep tonight around7:30 when my daughter fed her her veggies. her ears are folded back and she is
a few months old. she[my daughter] is very worried that she is sick . PLEAS tell me wat to do?!?!:[

Whilst hamsters are meant to be nocturnal, in captivity the female hamster often awakes on and off during the day and therefore they may well sleep more at night.  

When your hamster is out in her cage and in her wheel does she look bright?  If so I doubt there is anything wrong with her.  Does she come out a lot during the day?  Is she eating/drinking normally or has there been any increase in water consumption?  

Sometimes they do wake up early evening and then head back to sleep for a while - it really depends on the individual hamster.

Apart from sleeping in the evening is there anything else that makes you feel that something isn't right?
