hamster is squeeking

I am concerned about our 2 yr old hamster squeeking.  Patty has just started this.  We are concerned that she is sick or hurting.  Can you help us.  Thanks, Krista

Hi Krista,

  Hamsters will generally make a squeaking noise, especially when they get older. As long as she is still active and is eating well and drinking, then there is no need to worry.
