My boy hamster....

Hello i have a question why does my boy hamster krysteal get excited if ya know what i mean when i pick him up? I'll also like to note he does not do this often

thanks for your question. I'm not sure if I can answer it however.  I know that male hamsters can get very excited if a female hamster is around especially if the female's scent is on your hands and if she is season.  However, I'm not sure why Krysteal is getting excited I'm afraid.
