canine distemper&rabies

Hi i got my very first ferret 2 months ago at Petco and i need to know how often do ferrets need the distemper and the rabie shot. He has all his shot right now but when will he need them agian? Please help!!

Hi you got him two months ago but how old is the ferret????

A ferret needs three distemper vaccines in its first year first at 6-8 weeks, second 4 weeks later and third 4 weeks after the second and the third distemper you need to ask for the rabies vaccine as well...only One rabies vaccine is given in the first year. Then you need one distemper and one rabies yearly and your good to go.
