Thing not to eat

Question
Hello. I'm a new ferret owner and i have a boy and girl both fixed and 4 months old born on the same day. I wanted to know if there are things a ferret can not have.

I always recommend Ferrets for Dummies by Kim Schilling to any new ferret owner as this book will give you a comprehensive guide to ferret ownership.  But, ferrets are obligate carnivores so should only have meat and meat based foods.  No fruit, grain, or veggies for treats as they can't process them.
