As a rule, ferrets usually get along with everybody, and it makes no difference to them what their gender is (as long as they're fixed). I have two boys and girl and they get along great. Ferrets are pretty androgynous once they're altered. Ferrets play pretty rough, it looks like fighting. The way you can tell if it's fighting or not is to watch and see if one is screaming loudly, is pooping, or if blood is being drawn. If not, they're having fun.
