My 2 ferrets have been together for several yrs. and got along perfectly then all of a sudden the one tries to hurt the other one. We had to seperate them. Why I love both of them and don't want either one hurt.

Ferrets will often play rough with each other and their bodies are designed for that kind of play.  Since they have been playing together before and you mention they have been together several years, it is likely that one of them or both have adrenal and you need to have them checked out by a vet.
