AnswerHello, and thank you for your question. The behavior that you are referring as a "NAP ATTACK" is when the ferret will play and romp, and suddenly drop to his belly and lay still. It is a very common, and normal behavior. It is where ferrets got the nickname "carpet sharks," due to some ferrets will lay with their front feet flat against their sides, and slide along the carpet propelled by their back feet only. It is a normal, and very amusing behavior, and ferrets are known for them.
