Hi,we got our first ferret today.he is very cute and we love him lots.i done lots of reading and research before getting him.he is 5 months old and he is a albino.he keeps biting and it really hurts.its a worrie because he is biting the children too.my children are not babies but i don,dont want them too get scared as they could have a lot of fun with him and he could become a very lovable and caring pet.he also keeps trying too climb down my top and if i don`t  let him he try`s too bite and gets quite agresive.what can i do.please help because apart from this he,hes adorable.

Hello go to your petstore and get bitter apple spray found in the dog or ferret area this is a spray that is safe for the animal to lick that you put on your arms or hands or feet to stop the frret biting...the stuff tastes really bad so the animal no longer want to bite you. Also get lots of toys and play with the toys when playing with your ferret...never wreasle with teh ferret making him bite your hands this will only make it worse. Cat toys...jingle balls ferret chew toys and even furry mice for cats make great toys.
