Question
hello,
we mated our little girl on the 13th December 2009, and she is due her litter on the 13th February,,
i walk my staffordshire bull terrier about 4 miles every day,,and then a mile walk at night,,is this to much for her,or is this good for her,,she also likes to have a good run in the fields,
thanks for any help

Answer
Hi Nick

When it's too much she'll let you know but Staffy's are tough little dogs and exercise is the best thing for expecting females.  It keeps them in top shape and they have easier times whelping.

The beginning of February I would shorten the walks considerably.

Good luck
