rescue dog growls and barks a lot

Hi Kristin,
I got a Newfoundland from Newf Rescue on Sept 3.  Her name is Abbey, she's 4 years old, and her previous owners gave her to rescue because they had a baby.  
Abbey's a great dog, but she has 2 behavior problems I hope you can help me with.  
I have 3 other dogs, and when ever any of them move, Abbey jumps up and runs at them barking.  In her other home she was an only dog.  How can I train her to not bark so much?
The other thing is when ever I tell her to come she growls at me, and runs the other way.  If I call my other dogs she comes with them(barking all the way)  I have no idea why she growls, but I really don't like being growled at.  Other then when I tell her to come she's really sweet, and rolls over for me to rub her belly and all.  
Any suggestions you can give are greatly apreciated, thanks.

Well for the barking there's various collars out there that are made to stop barking,the best is the kind that have a citrus spray/mist it doesn't hurt the dog,they just don't like the smell of it

As for the growling,I would take her to training ASAP before it gets out of hand
