GSD Throwing Up

My German Shepherd Dog is throwing up quite a bit. I would say she keeps down as much as she throws up. This has been going on for the last few weeks. We feed her Natural Choice with Additives for healthy joints. There is usually nothing else there but the food when she does throw up and I am not sure what is causing it. My husband thinks it could be the ear treatment we have been using in her ears to clear up her ears. Could it be? Or could it be the food we give her? Any info is appreciated.

It could be.
When my German shepherd puppy munched a glass, and I rushed her to the Vet, he put something in her eye to make her throw up.
After he got her stomach empty, he washed out the eye, and she was no ,onger nausious.
It could be the ear treatment is making her nausious and that is why she is throwing up.
Her inner ear affects her balance too, That ear treatment may be doing to her what the stuff my Vet put in Lady's eye did for her.
I would deffinately have her seen by her Vet.
I give my dogs Natural choice,lamb and rice . It may be the additatives that is not agreeing with her.
Is this ear treatment something your Veterinarian recommended?
If not, I would stop using it, and see if the vomiting stops.
If it was given to you by a Vet, I would call him/her and ask their advice.
I am a mother hen type, and any time something is out of the ordinary, mine go to the vet.
Sometimes something that seems not much at all can turn out to be something serious, and the sooner it is taken care of the better.
