hyperactive beagle

I have a 15 month old mini beagle and she is very hyperactive and she loves scratching and she hops like a rabbit. Is there any way I can calm her behavior ?

You dont have a hyperactive beagle - you have a normal beagle!  As a breed they are very high drive and require a lot of exericse and training.  Up her exercise to two - two and a half hours walking a day (about what an adult beagle requires as a minimum) plus training time.  She's probably just seeming hyper because she isnt getting enough exercise.  Digging is something all dogs do - if anyone finds a reliable way to stop them I'd love for them to let me know so I can stop my pup digging up the garden!  Although if you mean scratching as in scratching at herself then she is probably in need of a flea treatment.  I would advise not bothering with the stuff at pet stores as the only really effective drugs are prescription only and must be obtained from your vet.
