in heat and bleeding ,pee. like in pain

small dog 8yr old. in heat. its been 6 week. when she bleed, she pee at the same time. but she make noise like cring her body grurks, ear pull down. she is every un happy.  i thought like a babyrash she is pink a little.what can i do. to help her.

Most bitches are only in heat for three weeks. This sounds like it might be something else to me, like a bladder infection or possibly bladder stones, or maybe even something more serious. Please take her in to your veterinarian as soon as possible and have her checked out.
