territory marking in a neutered dog

I currently own an adult male(6-year-old) Boston Terrier who has a consistent problem in the last few years of marking his territory. He is neutered and I've tried many house-breaking methods,but they've done no good because i think it is a territory issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your question.  To help you and your dog I just need a few questions answering.

Have you taken your dog to the vet to make sure the toileting is not health related?

How often does your dog mark?

Where does he mark?

How do you deal with your dog when he has marked?

Does he do it in front of you?

Has there been any changes in you home environment? (Building work, decorating ect).

Does he bark at people, traffic passing the house?
