pomeranian has rectal bleeding

my dog keeps on bleeding first he had diarea now hes just bleeding whats wrong with him im soo worried ill do anything for him please help as soon as possible

Hello Janet, You need to get him to the vet as soon as possible, It might be something simple, like he ate something that irritated or tore the lining of his intestines.  This is minor and usually will get better on it's own, however you can't be sure it is that simple and it might be more serious.  Because you love your dog so much a trip to the vet is the best thing you can do for him.  Good luck and Thanks for asking, Cindy Lou :)
