puppy daschund

I have a 7 month old daschund he's never had any problems but lately he cant seem to go to the toilet and he doesnt want to eat , he only wants milk , he sometimes vomits too. Other than that he's happy and playfull . Is it serious ?

First, don't feed him milk.  That will only make his problems worse.  He really should see a vet just to make sure that nothing serious is going on with him.  Him being happy and playful is definitely a good sign, but it never hurts to make sure everything is ok.  It's possible he doesn't want to eat because he has an upset stomach, or that he just doesn't like his food.  Since he's constipated, that could be another reason he doesn't want to eat.  He may need an enema or a laxative depending on the severity of his problem, which your vet can give you.  I hope he gets better.
