lab nose

Question
I have a black lab. I love him to death and I want another. We have 2acres so they would have plenty of room to roam. I'v read a little about labs but I'd like to know how I could find one with a brown nose. I think they're unique and very cute. This is just out of curiosity.
Another question is how do I pick the best one out of the litter?

the only one that I know that has a brown nose is the chocolate lab.  
also when you pick a pup, pick the one that seems calm and doesn't hang out with the rest.   also sometimes the runt is smarter than the rest because they have to use brains not muscle to get the milk.   If you see one extra playful, who comes up and jumps on you and chews on you. that one will probably be hyper and alpha.
