3 month old yorkie poo

We just got this yorkie poo two weeks ago.  He's 14 weeks old. Has been wormed by seller.  He had a very soft stool. Today runny stool.  How old are they when stool if formed. He has had some bones. Is this the problem or is he just too young.

Hi Melinda,
He probably needs to be dewormed again.  Puppies usually have to have that done a few times before all of the parasites are gone.  Take a sample of the stool to your Vet and have them check it under a microscope for worms. The bones shouldn't be a problem unless you are giving him chicken bones which is a BIG no-no.  Only give bones that are rock hard so they won't splinter and cause major problems. If you are giving him pet store type bones or treat bones, then that's fine as long as they dont substitute for his regular food.
