You may want to supplement a bit to ease the strain on the mom.   Get espilac and get the playtex nurser bottles with the inserts.  They are a lot easier to work with.
Make sure she (mom) is getting a calcium supplement and give her cottage cheese and some good protein, like hamburger meat or chicken.
