I think my dog was poisened

I have a 7 month old doberman/rot mix ( well actually I have three dogs ) her shots are up to date recently she has become very ill. She won't didn't eat for two days but has been drinking water like crazy. She has no discharge from her eyes or nose. No fever. She just lays around like she is very tired or sore. Today she finally got up and came to me and ate a little food. She is starting to come out of it slowly.  I think she was poisened. My neighber is not a very nice guy at all. What are the symtoms of poisening?

I am afraid I can't say.  A dog that sick should have gone to the vet.  The vet may still be able to find evidence of poisoning or perhaps an infection.  

How much access does the guy have?  Leaving dogs outside when you aren't around, even in a fenced yard, is asking for trouble.  The dog guide school I raise puppies for forbids us to leave the dogs outside when we aren't around or at night.
